Bacon Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice - cooked
  • 2T oil
  • 4 eggs - whisked
  • 250g streaky bacon - diced
  • 1 onion - diced finely
  • 2 cups mixed frozen veges
  • 3T soy sauce
  • 4T sweet n sour sauce

Method

In a large frying pan, add 1T of oil and cook the eggs - remove from the pan once cooked.

Add another 1T of oil to the frying pan, add the bacon and onion and brown for 5-6 mins.

Add the frozen veges to the pan and cook for 5-6 mins.

Add the cooked rice to the frying pan and heat through for 5-6 mins, add the soy sauce and stir to combine.

Serve with extra soy sauce and sweet n sour sauce.
