Hank  make sure it has been soaked the night before !

Barley mix 500g

100g heamaglobin

230g blood temp water 37c

Method

Blitz water an heamaglobin till light choccy mousse consistency

Mix with rest of componenets

Pipe into hank

Tie

Sous vide 80c 30mins refresh under cold water
