Caper and Lime Sauce
Ingredients
- 500 grams of butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp seeded mustard
- 1 tsbp lime juice
Method
Blend together egg yolks, mustard and lime juice.
Slowly add melted butter.
Lastly, add chopped capers (to taste).
