Coriander, Green Chilli and Coconut Relish
Ingredients
- 300 gms coriander leaves and stalks
- 150 gms mint leaves
- 60 gms garlic
- 20 gms cumin
- 5 gms ground white pepper
- 10 gms sugar
- 5 gms sea salt
- 150 mls lime juice
- 50 gms green chili seeded
- 200 mls coconut cream
- 200 mls crème fraiche
Method
Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree till smooth.
Correct the seasoning.
Place the relish in an airtight container and place in the fridge or freeze.
Use as required.
