Dutch Apple Cake
For the base melt:
170g Butter
¾ cup Sugar
Add:
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
Press onto tray. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon mix onto base and place drained diced apple on top.
Bake approx ¾ - 1 hour at 180⁰.
Carefully check that bottom is brown.
