Fried Corniotes

Serves: makes 24

Ingredients

  • 125 gms flour
  • 65 gms butter
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 250 ml water
  • 4 eggs

Method

Combine the flour, sugar, salt, water and diced butter in a saucepan. Heat until the mixture leaves the sides of the saucepan.

Remove from the heat and add the eggs one at a time, mixing well.

Spoon mixture into muffin tins, filling a third of the way.

Cook at 200ºC for 10 or 15 minutes
