Fried Rice Meng style
Cost: $3 per person
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- any cooked meat, diced
- oil
- 250gm mixed veggies
- salt
- light soya sauce
- 1 cup steamed rice
- oyster sauce
Method
Heat wok.
Add 3 tsps oil.
Add salt.
Break all eggs in and stir.
When eggs are nearly cooked, add everything else.
Add light soya and oyster sauce.
Stir.
Serve.
