Open Grilled Turkey Sandwich
(Serves 4)
Ingredients
- 4 slices of rye bread
- Cranberry jelly or relish
- 4 generous turkey breast
- 4 slices gruyere cheese
Method
Toast rye bread lightly on both sides. Spread with cranberry jelly. Top with turkey and then gruyere cheese. Melt under a hot grill until turkey is warmed through and cheese is brown and bubbling.
Serve immediately.
