Yes, I am a horrible hipster, but this is one of the few ways I will ever eat breakfast, so we do what we can. Here's what I do.

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats.
1 cup yoghurt (the runny kind, not Greek).
1 cup other liquid - water/juice. I once used half and half and it was delicious and creamy, but possibly not the best for me.
1-1.5 cups fruit. I use frozen berries mostly, but bananas, plums, apricots, or whatever is in season will work.
1-2 tablespoons runny honey.
About 1 tbsp of cinnamon.
Optional extras: nuts, chopped dark chocolate, peanut butter.

Method

Chuck the oats and yoghurt and other liquid in a bowl and mix to combine. Make sure there are no dry oats floating around the bottom of the bowl. Add all other ingredients. Spoon into the twee jars of your choice and store in the fridge for as long as seems reasonable. This will make enough for about four small jars, and it definitely lasts that long.

Hack

You can also do the same thing, and then in the morning, add a little more milk, juice, or water, and chuck it in a blender for a smoothie.
