Roasted pork chops
Marinate pork chops in rosemary, crushed garlic cloves, lemon juice, rind and olive oil. Cut bosc pears (skin on), peeled parsnips and scrubbed potatoes lengthways. Throw everything into a roasting dish.
Cook in a 220C oven for as long as it takes for the chops to crackle – 45 minutes to 1 hour.
