Rukau
RUKAU with coconut cream n lamb(taro leaves)
20 new taro leaves
1 medium size onion
6 medium size lamb chops chopped up in pieces.
½ cup coconut cream if desire.
Cut rukau leaves up in small pieces.
Put lamb into a pot together with rukau.
Cook slowly on low heat until lamb and rukau cooked about 40mins.
Through out the cooking process I tend to add some veg stock if rukau gets too dry,but it shouldn’t especially when done with lamb and cooked slowly.
