Sea Lettuce Salt
Method
- Gather some sea lettuce
- Dry it in a 140 degree oven until it is crisp
- Break it up so it is chunky, then grind some of it with a pestle and mortar
- Add black and white sesame seeds to both the chunky mix, and grind the rest in with the lettuce in the mortar and pestle.
- Mid all together with sea salt.
This home made seaweed salt is perfect with salmon, sprinkle on top before or after cooking.
