Sweet bread dressing

Ingredients

125g unsalted butter

60ml siracha

60ml pedro ximnez vin

60ml forum chard vin

60ml good balsamic

25g minced shallots

35g pureed sun dried toms in oil

2 Tablespoons minced garlic

Method

In heavy based sauce pan over medium heat combine the butter, siracha, the vinegars,shallots sun dried tomatoes and garlic. Bring to the boil and reduce the heat to a medium heat and simmer gently for 30 mins. Season with salt and pepper, remove from heat.
