Tom Yum Goong
Serves 4

Ingredients
- 12 prawns cutlets
- 12 mushrooms, cut into half
- 800ml water
- 2 tsp chili paste
- 4 Tbsp Fish Sauce
- 4 kaffir lime leaves
- 2 lemongrass stalk (bottom part only)
- 4-5 slices of galangal
- 4 tsp brown sugar / palm sugar
- 1 tsp tamarind Puree
- 1 lime juice
Method
1. Boil water in a medium size pot.
2. Turn the heat to medium and add Chili paste, Fish sauce, Kaffir Lime, Lemongrass, Galangal, Sugar and Tamarind Puree
3. Add prawns and mushroom and cook for a couple of minutes or until prawns are cooked
4. Squeeze lime juice over before you serve
You can have this with noodles if you feel like it!
