Serves 4
 
Ingredients  5 eggs
225g grated juggery (solidified palm sugar can be bought at most Asian stores)  
½ cup coconut milk
½ tsp of cinnamon powder
3 cardamom pods crushed
½ tsp of vanilla
 
Method
 Add the cinnamon and cardamoms to the eggs and beat till combined well
 Add the scraped juggery and beat well
 Add the coconut milk and vanilla to the egg mixture and mix well with a spoon
 Steam for about 12-15 minutes and it is ready when an inserted knife comes out clean
