Northern Marianas Represenative and former House vice speaker Francisco Dela Cruz has died while on Tinian.

There is no official word on what caused his death, which occurred on Sunday.
He was 56 years old.
Our correspondent reported that Mr Dela Cruz was being medically evacuated to Saipan when the air ambulance turned from the Tinian International Airport to the Tinian Health Center.
Emergency responders were said to be trying to revive him at the time.
Mr Dela Cruz served from the 15th to 18th legislatures.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa, and their four children.
