Two Bangladeshi nationals have lodged a complaint with the Fiji Human Rights and Anti-Discrimination Commission over alleged abuse by their employer.
The Fiji Times reported the pair claim they were mistreated by their superior while working for a motor vehicle company in the capital of Suva.
Police confirmed they have received a report from the Bangladeshi men.
Spokesperson Ana Naisoro said the "suspects have been interviewed and the file will be forwarded to the Office of Director of Public Prosecutions for advice".
