Amidst an impending Court of Appeal decision that could tip the balance of power once and for all, Samoa commemorated it's 59th year of independence yesterday.
For Samoans in New Zealand, Independence Day falls during Samoan Language Week or Vaiaso o le Gagana Samoa.
