Music critic Colin Morris

David Todd Rawlings is an American guitarist, singer, and record producer. He is known for his partnership with singer and songwriter Gillian Welch. Poor David's Almanack, released on August 11, 2017 via Acony Records, is the eighth collaborative LP for Rawlings and Welch. Rick Estrin & the Nightcats are an American four-piece electric blues band (formed in 2008 after the dissolution of Little Charlie & The Nightcats, of which three of the band were members), and consisting of harmonicist/lead vocalist and songwriter Rick Estrin, guitarist Kid Andersen, bassist Lorenzo Farrell and drummer and songwriter J. Hansen.
