National party proposal to set up an elite police squad

The opposition says if elected next year it will crack down on gangs - proposing a ban on patches and insignia, strict parole conditions stopping offenders from returning to gangs - and tougher sentences. Community advocate and Black Power member Denis O'Reilly joins us now to talk about this.
