Farmers markets around Auckland are rapidly growing in number and popularity to the point where guided tours with beloved chefs are on offer through Auckland Council's events team.
Hāngi Master Rewi Spraggon is hosting the first tour at Ōtara markets next Saturday and he tells Jesse what people can expect as they head south to wander through what is thought to be the largest Māori and Pacific market in the world.
