Book Critic: Author Claire Mabey with her picks

Fans of the show the Great British Bake Off might remember the name Ruby Tandoh. She was a runner up of that show in 2013, and since then has written four cookbooks. Her latest offering is called 'All Consuming' where she dives into why we eat the way we do.
