$50,000 annual fund to buy Whānganui homes won't go far - residents

Residents of flood-prone homes on Anzac Parade in Whānganui say the establishment of a fund to buy and remove the worst-affected properties and raise others off the ground is a joke. They don't want to move anyhow.
