Retail NZ on people stealing with self service checkouts

Have you ever gone through the supermarket self checkout and intentionally not scanned an item, stolen! Or maybe you passed off some pricey pine nuts as something cheaper, or used the onion code for a more expensive vege. A recent survey in the UK showed almost 40 percent of shoppers have failed to scan at least one item when using self-checkouts. Is New Zealand just as bad? Retail NZ CEO Carolyn Young spoke to Lisa Owen.
