Military panel deciding fate of two soldiers accused of attack

The alleged victim in what a military prosecution said was a violent attack by two soldiers can now be identified as a man who drowned in an unrelated incident last year. A military panel at a Court Martial at Linton Military Camp, near Palmerston North, is deciding the fate of two soldiers accused of violently attacking him at the end of an international operation in Hawaii in November 2023.
