Stuff Digital to sell 50 percent stake to Trade Me

Just hours before NZME's annual shareholder meeting, which is expected to roll out some big changes, its rival Stuff made its own headlines. The company announced that Stuff Digital was selling a 50 percent stake to Trade Me. The deal will bring together New Zealand's largest news website and online classifieds businesses.
