Trump threatens Russia with tariffs if Ukraine war isn't ended

US president Donald Trump threatenin Russia with massive tariffs if an imminent end to the war in Ukraine isn't achieved. Trump has also announced increased support for Ukraine with a supply of American weapons heading its way.
