He's not only led kitchens and designed menus but he's been at the global forefront with his restaurants that have become landmarks in London, New York and most recently with Homeland on Auckland's waterfront.
Homeland closed earlier this year - that was not part of Peter's plan but his vision continues regardless and he can be found around the motu leading and guiding from the kitchen with his signature manaakitanga.
Gordon is also a deep lover of the arts and joins Culture 101 to share his fast Favourites.
