Nathan Rarere spoke with the Deputy Prime Minister Grant Robertson what a level 4 lockdown would look like when the country faces the Delta variant of Covid-19. But before we got into that, Nathan put to him an idea floated in a major report by Sir David Skegg, that fully vaccinated people might be able to enter New Zealand without going through MIQ - once the country's vaccination rates are high enough.
