- Peter — Going to all ages shows at Ellen Melville Hall, and Rekkit every Friday night at Tabac when I was 18, then playing around NZ with Yolanda and Deer Park, and touring Japan with Thatta - 7 piece / two drummer Japanese psych-rock group.
- Amanda — having my mind blown by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs when I was too young to even understand the lyrics of "Bang"
