Restaurateur and businessman Al Brown, knows a thing or two about food. He's not only the owner of Depot Oyster Bar, but also both Federal Delicatessen, and Best Ugly Bagels.

He joins Maggie Tweedie and Mark Williams on the show to take them on a tour of his favourite bakeries in Aotearoa, and if they ask nicely, he might share a little summer recipe.

Guitarist László​ Reynolds and Leo Mongelli from The Ringlets are in studio with Maggie Tweedie and Mark Williams.

Their second album The Lord Is My German Shepherd (Time for Walkies) came out in winter of 2025, followed by a New Zealand tour in August, and this year is set to be big for the band with international tour dates lined up for May at the Great Escape Festival in Brighton this May.
