Dragon hits Island Bay streets for Halloween treats

A dragon will be charging along the streets of Wellington suburb Island Bay tonight in search of Halloween treats. Although this particular dragon has a particular taste for carrots and apples however. Island Bay is known for its wide straight streets - perfect for trick or treating.
