Plant theft increasing at Gisborne's botanical gardens

Thieves have been ripping up Gisborne's botanical gardens, pinching everything from roses and freshly planted grasses to established cherry trees. The council's liveable spaces manager, Tyler Kirk spoke to Lauren Crimp.
