Temp work visa changes worry Fed Farmers

The Government wants to introduce a three year cap for migrant workers who earn less than 49-thousand dollars annually. The Government says it's impossible to predict exactly how many lower-skilled workers will be hit by the proposals. As Craig McCulloch found out, some of their employers in the agricultural sector aren't happy.
