Solo mothers on a benefit who don't name the father of their child won't have their welfare payments cut under the Labour-led Government. The Social Development Minister, Carmel Sepuloni, has confirmed the new Government will repeal part of the Social Security Act, which imposes sanctions on sole parents who don't identify the other parent.
