Big variation in foreign student enrolments at tertiary level

Universities and polytechnics are reporting multi-million-dollar swings in their foreign student enrolment numbers. Universities are getting more students from India, while polytechnics are losing enrolments from that country - but getting more from China. They say changes in immigration policies are a big factor. Our education correspondent, John Gerritsen, filed this report.
