Church abuse victims resigned to inquiry exclusion

Church abuse victims are resigned to being excluded from the upcoming Royal Commission of inquiry, saying its mind was made up from the start. They say the suggestion from the commission's chair Sir Anand Satyanand that churches run a parallel inquiry makes this clear.
