Schools that block or discourage disabled children from attending classes for the entire school day are in for a shock - the Education Ministry has proposed a law change giving children the legal right to attend school. Disability and children's rights groups have welcomed the suggested change and want it backed by firm enforcement to make sure schools tow the line.
