If you've ever fancied owning one of New Zealand's archetypal back country pubs now's your chance.
Whangamomona Hotel in eastern Taranaki is more than 110 years old, and it's currently on the market for a cool $2.1 million.
But the current owners Richard and Vicki Pratt warn that any new owners will have to be prepared to be the center of attention.
RNZ reporter Robin Martin headed down the Forgotten Highway to take a look.
