A public health expert says he's disappointed by the government decision to abandon pre-departure testing for Covid-19.
The Government announced yesterday that from Monday night, people travelling to New Zealand will no longer be required to test for Covid-19 before leaving.
Professor Michael Baker says he'd prefer that the test was kept, but made more convenient for travellers.
