Heavy rain and wind lash parts of the country

MetService has issued a total of 10 severe weather warnings, with the most intense gusts happening in the central South Island, and lower North Island. MetService meteorologist Mmathapelo Makgabutlane spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
