Community emergency hubs set up to help in Wellington quake

In a natural disaster damaged infrastructure and an overwhelming demand for official help can mean communities have to look after themselves for a while. This week, in Wellington, officials are trying to raise the profile of community emergency hubs which are scattered through the region. Community resilience team leader Pooja Kulkarni spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
