KiwiRail has fallen on its sword after the Commerce Commision revealed it potentially breached the fair trading act by leading customers to believe comspensation wasn't available after ferries broke down. KiwiRail's Chief Customer and Growth Officer Adele Wilson spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
