Department of Corrections admits failures over paroled prisoner who murdered Christchurch woman

The Department of Corrections has admitted it failed to properly monitor a parole prisoner who went on to brutally murder a woman in her Christchurch home. Christchurch reporter Adam Burns spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
