Auckland's Phil Goff "energised" after rough campaign

Auckland's returning mayor Phil Goff says he is energised after a campaign that was "pretty rough" at times and wants to finish what he started in his first term. He was asked by reporters if he had a message for Mr Tamihere - his main rival who he bet with more than double the votes.
