8:10 What makes a great building?
Each year, the New Zealand Architecture Awards recognise the top projects from across the motu.
This year, the finalists include 61 projects across 12 categories with all shortlisted projects visited by a jury, headed by Craig Moller.
Craig is director of Moller Architects which has been in practice since 1969 and has designed the likes of the Sky Tower and ASB Waterfront Theatre in Auckland. He tells Emile what he thinks makes a great building.
