Asian companies contribute $7 billion each year, to the sector, helping meet the demand for the large scale, quality construction & infrastructure projects that are needed, and to address labour shortages. Yet there's concern that many of these businesses currently sit outside the traditional sector model. That's why an Asian Construction Forum, is being organised in Auckland to help make it easier for Asian companies to do business here, and to upskill migrant workers.
