New Zealand and Samoan officials have just finished a meeting to decide the next steps for the sunken HMZNS Manawanui.
The navy ship is 30 metres deep off the south coast of Upolu.
Divers yesterday confirmed in their initial assessments that no oil is leaking, and the black box has been located.
