What started as a way to help hospitality venues through the pandemic is now in full swing for the sixth year in a row.
The South Canterbury Outstanding Food Festival - also appropriately known as SCOFF - joins together growers, producers and artisan creators.
It kicked off on September 5th and will continue through to the 21st - and those wanting to sample the best of what the region has to offer can try it out at any number of eateries.
Joining Susie is Di Hay, she's the Operations and Destination Manager Venture Timaru and heavily involved in the organisation of the three weeks of the festival.
Also with Susie, Lockie Broadfoot, owner and publican of Silverstream Hotel - and also president of the South Canterbury branch of Hospitality NZ.
