The Dance Exponents won over Kiwi fans in 1983 when their second album Prayers Be Answered.
40 years on, the band - who dropped the 'Dance' in 1990 - are getting ready to perform 11 shows around New Zealand.
Their tour kicks off in Invercargill on 12 April, and beforehand The Exponents stopped by our Auckland studio to play a live session.
The Exponents played:
'All I Can Do'
'Christchurch'
'Why Does Love Do This To Me?'
'Nameless Girl'
'Forever Tuesday Morning'
